GENERAL INFORMATION (RULES ON BOARD THE VEHICLE, TRANSPORT OF CHILDREN AND PETS, BAGGAGE)

RULES ON BOARD THE VEHICLE
The following rules apply to each trip:
- No smoking in the vehicle
- Wearing a seat belt
- Vehicle friendly treatment
In the event of non-compliance with these rules and inappropriate behavior such as vandalism or activities/behaviour making the driver uncomfortable or insecure, the total amount of the agreed costs for the trip remains due, minus any expenses avoided. In addition, the service provider may ask the user or passenger for compensation for the necessary repair of damage to the vehicle or cleaning of the vehicle due to a level of dirt exceeding the usual level and which would have been caused by the passenger. .
CHILD TRANSPORT
BABY/CHILD SEAT
If you would like a baby or child seat, please select the number of seats required when booking in the OPTIONS section of the PASSENGER DETAILS page. Our cancellation policy applies in the event that no request for a baby/child seat has been made (or, if there is a request, the information provided is incorrect) and, consequently, our service provider has been in the impossibility of providing the service.
ANIMAL TRANSPORT
If you wish to travel with an animal, please add a comment in the NOTES TO DRIVER field in the OPTIONS section of the PASSENGER DETAILS page. RIVIERA PACHA LIMOUSINE cannot guarantee that the service provider accepts animals. The Company will provide the Customer with the details of the Service Provider assigned to the booking so that the Customer can make arrangements directly with the Service Provider.
LUGGAGE
The number of bags accepted according to the booking class is indicated on the VEHICLE CATEGORY page. In the event that the number of bags exceeds the number allowed, please specify in the COMMENTS FOR DRIVER field in the OPTIONS section of the PASSENGER DETAILS page. RIVIERA PACHA LIMOUSINE cannot guarantee that the service provider accepts more luggage than the number allowed. THE COMPANY will communicate to the customer the information of the service provider assigned to the reservation so that the customer can directly make arrangements with the service provider.
The transport of luggage without accompaniment is subject to the approval of the transport provider providing the service. THE COMPANY cannot guarantee that all of our service providers allow unaccompanied baggage. If you would like to book an unaccompanied baggage ride, please specify in the NOTES FOR DRIVER field in the OPTIONS section of the PASSENGER DETAILS page.
Requests that are not included in the reservation framework offered by RIVIERA PACHA LIMOUSINE require an availability request which is only made if you contact the service provider or assistance directly at the time of the reservation request . Our standard cancellation policy applies in the event that no availability request has been made and therefore our service provider has not been able to perform the service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
SINGLE TRANSFER (A TO B)
Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before departure
100% of the booking price: Less than 24 hours before departure
In the case of an airport pick-up, cancellations are free of charge up to 60 minutes before the actual landing time of the aircraft, if a flight number has been provided during the reservation. If no flight number has been provided, free cancellation is possible up to 60 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time
PROVISION
Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before departure
100% of the booking price: Less than 24 hours before departure
WAITING TIME CONDITIONS WHEN PICKUP
FREE WAITING TIME
For all pickup locations except airports:
15 minutes from the agreed pick-up time, unless otherwise specified and accepted by the service provider.
For airport pick-ups only if the flight number was indicated when booking:
60 minutes, from actual check-in.
If no flight number was specified when booking, the normal waiting time of 15 minutes applies, regardless of actual arrival time
WAITING TIME EXTENSION FOR ALL LOADING PRIZE LOCATIONS
Simple transfer (A to B)
The passenger can ask the driver for additional waiting time. An extension of the waiting time cannot be guaranteed. The driver makes his decision, depending, for example, on his schedule and connecting journeys. If additional waiting time is accepted by the driver, the following charges apply: 1.45 EUR/per minute, plus tax. These costs are charged locally.
Provision
The reservation of a provision (by the hour) begins as soon as the customer arrives. Once the waiting time has been issued, the driver waits for the passenger for the entire reserved period
MEETING PLACE WITH THE DRIVER AT THE AIRPORT
(Only if flight number is specified)
The driver will wait for the passenger(s) behind the baggage claim area at the boarding gate assigned to the specified flight number (provided the flight number has been indicated when booking), unless otherwise communicated by RIVIERA ÄCHA LIMOUSINE The driver will be holding a sign with the name of the passenger. If you cannot find your driver, please contact him via the telephone number provided in the confirmation email and text message, or contact RIVIERA PACHA LIMOUSINE at the following number: +33603625360.
After the flight has arrived and cleared baggage and customs, the passenger should call the number provided in the booking confirmation email to indicate that they are ready to be picked up by the service provider. CHANGES TO BOOKING (STOPS, EXTENSION OF DURATION AVAILABLE)
STOPS
SINGLE TRANSFER (A TO B)
It is possible to make stops during your transfer only if the request has been specified in the NOTES FOR DRIVER field under PASSENGER DETAILS, and this request is confirmed in writing by the service provider of your transfer. travel. A spontaneous stop is only possible with the agreement of the driver. For stops, additional mileage and waiting time charges may apply (see KILOMETERS / INCLUDED section and WAITING TIME CONDITIONS WHEN PICKUP.
PROVISION
It is possible to inform the driver of all desired stops directly on site. If an itinerary is already known when booking, it can be specified under NOTES FOR DRIVER under PASSENGER DETAILS. As long as the stops take place within the reserved time window, no additional costs will be charged. However, additional mileage charges may apply, see the KILOMETERS / INCLUDED section.
EXTENDING THE DURATION OF A PROVISION
To extend the duration of a reservation of a provision, the customer must inform Sixt and receive confirmation before the trip. In the case of a spontaneous extension on site, the driver decides himself whether this is possible, depending on his schedule and the connecting routes. It is only possible to extend reservations in increments of one hour at an additional cost.
KILOMETERS / FREE INCLUDED
SINGLE TRANSFER (A TO B)
All the kilometers / necessary to complete the reserved route to the destination.
PROVISION
Each booking includes 45 kilometres.
ADDITIONAL KILOMETERS FOR SIMPLE TRANSFERS AND PROVISIONS
If the kilometers included per transfer or reservation per hour are exceeded, the additional kilometers will be charged according to the prices indicated.
NO REALIZATION
THE PASSENGER DOES NOT COME (NO-SHOW)
If the passenger does not arrive at the agreed pick-up location, without having canceled the reservation during the free cancellation period, after the agreed pick-up time, and if he/she cannot be reached at the telephone number indicated in the reservation, this will be considered as an absence. In this case, the transfer will be charged at 100%.
IMPOSSIBILITY FOR THE PASSENGER TO PERFORM THE TRANSFER
If the passenger decides to give up a transfer because certain special services (for example, the transport of children, animals, bulky luggage) cannot be offered by the driver, without the prior validation of the service provider of service, the total amount of the agreed costs for the trip remains due, with deduction of any avoided expenses.
REFUSAL BY THE DRIVER TO TRANSPORT THE PASSENGER
The driver can refuse to make a transfer if the passenger does not respect the rules on board the vehicle or if he suspects that the person who made the reservation or the passenger belongs to an illegal organization or uses the services of unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
